We serve both as counselors and advocates, rendering proactive compliance advice. We vigorously represent our clients in courts and before administrative bodies, including the Maine Board of Property Tax Review, the Public Utilities Commission, and the Maine Board of Environmental Protection.
We have experience in zoning and land use matters, both in advising Planning and Zoning Boards of Appeal in the towns we represent. We appear before similar boards on behalf of clients in towns we don’t represent.
Charlie Gilbert is a long-time member of the Maine Council of School Board Attorneys. He has represented school districts, administrators, and teachers on several issues.
